The SRQ Women in Business Initiative is a year-round engagement program creating highly dynamic personal networking through the science and art of mentorship. There are several programs that stem from this initiative.  The SkillSHARE program focuses on mentorship at the speed of life, facilitating connections for local women to get answers about professional and personal development questions with three mentorship summits each year. Currently in its third year, SMARTgirl catalyzes youth leadership and development by engaging middle school girls on the Gulf Coast. Thank you to the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, New Balance of Sarasota and The Hyatt Regency, Sarasota for coming on board to support the SMARTgirl program. Thank you also to Seaside Bank for their sponsorship of the Women in Business Initiative throughout the year.
