Join SRQ MEDIA for an evening of conversation and collaboration at the first annual RocketKids Modern Education Symposium. Held next Tuesday, January 30 at SRQ Studios from 5:30-7 PM, this event will give guests the chance to hear from some of our community’s most notable educational institutes while getting an inside look at their culture and ideology.

Structured as a deep-dive conversation on learning, the symposium will allow for each participant to elaborate on their school’s philosophy on education, innovative practices and personal inspiration for the work they do.

Meet the Speakers
The inaugural edition of RocketKids Magazine featured profiles from some of Sarasota and Bradenton’s top private schools. Each with a distinctive focus, these profiles sparked our imagination so much that an event is in order to glean knowledge, perspective and insight on how schools in our region engage with children. A selection of profile participants will present at the symposium:

Bradenton Christian School —Dan Vande PolSuperintendent & Head of School
Hershorin Schiff Community Day School—Dan Ceaser, Head of School
Mangrove School of Sarasota—Erin Melia, Director
New Gate Montessori School—Tim Seldin, Head of School
Sarasota Christian School —Dawn Graber, Director of Academics

This event us FREE to the public and will take place from 5:30 to 7pm.
