The SRQ Women in Business Initiative is a year-round engagement program creating highly dynamic personal networking through the science and art of mentorship. Kicking off two years ago, the SkillSHARE program focuses on professional career and personal development mentorship at the speed of life with two mentorship summits each year. Launching this year, SMARTgirl will catalyze youth leadership and development by focusing on middle school and high school girls on the Gulf Coast. Thank you to the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee and The Hyatt Regency, Sarasota for coming on board to support the SMARTgirl program. Thank you also to Seaside Bank for their sponsorship of the Women in Business Initiative throughout the year.
