Why You Should be at SB2: Financial Forecast

ABOVEFOLD_SeptemberSB2-REVISEDRegardless of what business you’re in, the economic climate of the region is of critical importance. Understanding the health and wellness of our collective finances plays a key role in how we spend, how we budget and how we make decisions in our personal and professional lives. Understanding the risk and reward of doing business in Sarasota and Manatee counties is a big deal, and the best way to make informed decisions is by arming yourself and business with as much knowledge as you can. On September 24, 2015, SRQ | The Magazine is dedicating the first SB2 of the season to explore this important topic. Join us for breakfast and special programming centered on the forecast of our region’s economic climate.

Jesse Panuccio, Executive Director, Department of Economic Opportunity will open the symposium with a keynote presentation on trends in Florida’s economy and key indicators of the state’s financial opportunities in the coming year. Local experts in specific sectors of the local economy will participate in a moderated panel discussion. We look forward to learning from their specific expertise as it relates to business and economic development, and the areas of heavy growth.
