If there were ever a job that we were envious of, it would have to be a food writer. It takes a special person (and palate) to carefully craft culinary prose. Lucky for SRQ | The Magazine, we found such a person. Kaye Warr hails from Johannesburg, South Africa, where her passionate and boisterous family engendered a love of food and socializing at an impressionable age. After relocating to Sarasota in 1996 with her parents and younger brother, Gordon, Kaye graduated from The Out of Door Academy as a member of their inaugural high school class in 1999. Upon graduation, Kaye went on to attend the Hospitality Management Program at the University of South Florida School of Hotel & Restaurant Management.  Kaye began her career as a freelance epicurean adventurer under the guise of “The Dining Diva” and is happy to be a part of our thriving foodie community. “I’m thrilled to join SRQ Media Group as a contributing editor. SRQ Magazine is a beautiful tribute to the things that make the Sarasota/Bradenton area a unique and fascinating place to live local!”
