A sneak peek at the Bal Masqué culinary creations from the dynamic Fête team led by Tommy and Jaymie Klauber. In the spirit of Carnivale, guests will enjoy delicacies such as Fête’s Lobster Pizza, Rosemary Rubbed Baby Lamb Chops, Sambucca-Fired Prosciutto Shrimp Skewers and Burratini Shooters and much more.

“Venice has always been a global port city,” says Tommy Klauber. “The Venetians themselves are passionate about their city and its culinary heritage.  It was the spice gateway to the west introducing the Europeans to the exotic flavors from far off ports.  For Bal Masqué, Fete Catering is bringing the flavors modern venetian cuisine to SRQ with a playful mix of dishes that will delight!”
